Ride for Refuge - Support the Student Refugee Program!

Bike, sweat and raise money for the Student Refugee Program!

Ride for Refuge is a family-friendly cycling event supporting the displaced, vulnerable and exploited. Participants from around the globe will ride to raise money for the charity of their choice and this year we want you to choose WUSC’s Student Refugee Program!

It’s very simple: Sign up as an individual or team and select WUSC as your charity. All funds raised for WUSC will go towards the SRP. Rides across Canada are happening in September and October.

Whether you are a WUSC alumnus, a Local Committee member or an SRP supporter, we encourage you to join the ride!

Why SRP?

When refugee students receive an education, it opens up a world of opportunity not only for them, but for their family and community. To date, WUSC has helped close to 1300 students change their lives through education.

WUSC needs your help to raise the much needed funds to provide refugees with an opportunity to pursue their education in Canada. When you donate to WUSC, you help us and our partners continue the work that complements what Local Committees are doing on campus.

Events like Ride for Refuge are the perfect opportunity to have fun while raising awareness and funds for the SRP.
