Finance Manager, PROPEL

Reporting to the Director, WUSC Caribbean, the Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of PROPEL in the Caribbean. The Finance Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate accounting and financial records, preparing financial reports and statements on a regular basis, monitoring and preparing budgets, and ensuring that financial policies and procedures are followed, including while procuring goods and services while working in close collaboration with the WUSC Canada Senior Financial Analyst. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance and management of financial systems as well as the training of PROPEL staff in the Barbados/OECS, Guyana and Jamaica offices, under the direction of the Director, WUSC Caribbean. Read more...

Senior Program Officer, Program Development

WUSC’s Program Development (PD) Section is responsible for working collaboratively with colleagues in Ottawa and field offices towards achieving the organization’s strategic programming objectives. This entails designing new programming initiatives by preparing proposals, concept papers and expressions of interest for submission to potential donors.  As the SPO, PD, you will participate in the design of new programs and ensure the timely preparation of high-quality proposals.
