The BNAPS program has now ended.
Civil society organizations (CSOs) in Botswana play an important role in HIV prevention, treatment, care, and support at the national and community levels. They are often the first point of contact for people living with HIV in rural communities. However many CSOs lack the resources or capabilities to maintain information and awareness programs on HIV and AIDS.
On World AIDS Day, people around the globe unite and honour the lives of those who have passed away from this epidemic. December 1st is a day to stand in solidarity with those living with HIV and AIDS and to raise awareness about treatment and more importantly, prevention. Make a difference this World AIDS Day! Support WUSC and the Uniterra program to help eradicate HIV and AIDS in our lifetime.
